The letters of the infernal Screwtape, a senior devil, from a highly-organized, computerized Hell, deftly instructs his nephew, Wormwood, a junior demon, in the art of winning over a young man's soul. Not a sudden fall into mortal sin, but by routine and undramatic temptation of daily life. There is a presentation at the Lied Center on April 6 entitled: C.S. Lewis: The Screwtape Letters.

The Barnabas Community is throwing a Valentine's Day party for young children on Feb. 9.
Red and Pink decorations to the like of crepe paper and round plastic tablecloths, posters/signs, confetti, etc.

This Candlelight Service is for those who have experienced pregnancy loss, miscarriage, stillbirth or newborn death. Sheridan will join in a worldwide Wave of Light as we light candles in remembrance of babies who have died too soon, from early pregnancy loss through infant death. Be comforted in remembering a loss of a child or grandchild and to receive hope for the future because of our loving God.
