2013 Men's Retreat--The Man I Want to Be

Come and join other Christian men for fellowship and faith formation at the 2013 Men’s Retreat. Pastors Jeremy Freye and Eric Bostrom will lead this retreat based on the “The Man I Want to Be” by Neal Jeffery. Neal Jeffrey, former All-American quarterback at Baylor University and NFL quarterback for the San Diego Chargers, is now in his 21st year as associate pastor of Prestonwood Baptist Church in Dallas. This study examines the life of the Christian man, and elements that all Christian men long to embody. We will be focusing on three key areas:

• A MAN WHO BELIEVES: Making Every Day Count in God's Ultimate Plan 
• A MAN WHO BUILDS: Leaving a Legacy of Faith for Those Who Follow After 
• A MAN WHO IS BRAVE: Turning the Disappointments of Defeat into the Joy of Triumph

2013 Women's Retreat--Grace in the Moment

The retreat will begin with dinner in the Timber Dining Room and move to focus on the hope and transformative power in counting our blessings and naming the good gifts of God. Our guest speaker, Michelle DeRusha, will help us discover the rhythms of grace, joy and thankfulness in our everyday moments. We will also enjoy times of worship and musical reflection with our guest musician, Heatherlyn.

FULL--2013 Marriage Retreat--FULL

This overnight retreat is for all committed couples from premarital to well-seasoned wanting to feel more connected to their spouse. This year’s theme, A New Way to Love, Living God’s Purpose for Your Marriage, will help you experience healing in your marriage at a core spiritual level and celebrate your marriage as a container for God’s healing and growth. Spend 24 hours away in this beautiful setting protecting, nourishing, and transforming your marriage into a lasting, fulfilling connection.
The retreat fees include program materials, lodging and meals. Retreat sessions will be facilitated by Pastor Eric Bostrom and Kathy Paisley.
