New Member Orientation

If you feel God has been leading you to become a member of the Sheridan family, we invite you to come learn more about our Sheridan family, our ministries here, and explore where you are in your faith journey. There are many wonderful things to learn about what this means. Our New Member Orientation sessions will equip you to love deeply, grow spiritually and share abundantly here at Sheridan.

New Member Orientation will be a three session learning opportunity held on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.  The Sunday session will be a repeat of the previous Wednesday night session.  This way you have a couple of opportunities to make each of the three sessions.  An interview with the Director of Ministries is also required.  Sign up sheets for the interview will be available at the sessions.

Below is a schedule of the upcoming class sessions.  Please note that you only need to go to each session once.  For instance, if you go to session 1 on Wednesday night you do not need to go to session 1 on Sunday morning, but you may mix and match Sunday and Wednesday sessions.  

Wednesday Sessions 6:30 p.m. Sunday Sessions 11:00 a.m. Meet in the Music Room.  

February, 28:   Session 1: Traveling the journey to a fulfilled life.
March, 3:   Session 1: Traveling the journey to a fulfilled life.
March, 7: Session 2: God meets us on the road.
March, 10: Session 2: God meets us on the road.
March, 14: Session 3: Grace for the journey.
March, 17: Session 3: Grace for the journey.
Date Joining: March 20 at 5:30 p.m. or March 21, at 11:00 a.m.

We are very excited about this opportunity to share our faith journeys with you and get to know you better. Our goal is to empower you t o be a follower of Christ not only here at Sheridan but in every facet of your life. As you reflect on your journey with Christ, we ask that you consider where Christ is leading you. We ask that you pray for those who will be joining Sheridan, and those who may be led here.
