New Member Orientation

January 2012 NEW MEMBER Orientation!

New Member Orientation will be a three session learning opportunity held on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights.  The Wednesday night session will be a repeat of the previous Sunday session.  This way you have a couple of opportunities to make each of the three sessions.  An interview with the Director of Ministries is also required.  Sign-up sheets for the interview will be available at the sessions. 

Below is a schedule of the upcoming class sessions.  Please note that you only need to go to each session once.  For instance, if you go to session 1 on Sunday morning, you do not need to go to session 1 on Wednesday night, but you may mix and match Sunday and Wednesday sessions.  

Session 1, Traveling the Journey to a Fulfilled Life, will be offered on March 4 and 7, Session 2, Grace meets us on the road, on March 11 and 14, and Session 3, Grace for the Journey, on March 18 and 21. Sunday sessions are held at 11 am and Wednesday session at 6:30 pm in Room 111 and you will then join our Sheridan community either during our 5:30 worship, March 24, or the 11:00 am worship, March 25.  Contact Kathy Paisley for more information or with any questions.

We are very excited about this opportunity to share our faith journeys with you and get to know you better. Our goal is to empower you to be a follower of Christ not only here at Sheridan but in every facet of your life. As you reflect on your journey with Christ, we ask that you consider where Christ is leading you. We ask that you pray for those who will be joining Sheirdan and those who may be led here.
