Children's Music
Sheridan Lutheran offers music opportunities for infants through high school youth. Babies and parents will interact with other families and focus on hearing God’s Word through song. Two year olds and parents are introduced to a simple Bible concept and use song, instruments and movement to engage with each other and focus on that concept. Preschool and Kindergarten children have opportunities on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings to explore music through song, games, rhythm instruments, colored bells and boomwhackers. 1st-5th grade children have opportunities to play in bell choirs, sing in vocal choirs and explore God’s Word through musical experiences with boomwhackers, orff instruments and body movement. Middle School and High School youth can use their gifts for worship on Wednesday nights through song and instruments. Youth Ministry
Sheridan Lutheran Youth focuses on building a caring community of teenagers who love God and love each other. We provide various large group and small group activities designed to deepen and challenge faith and to create fellowship within the Body of Christ. However, the strength of our ministry lies in the personal relationships that exist between youth and leaders. A committed group of volunteer leaders seeks to be actively involved in the lives of every youth, and all activities are designed with the intent to strengthen these relationships. We hope that through the community, faith will grow and youth and their leaders will all fall more in love with Jesus Christ. For more information regarding Youth Ministries, visit the Youth Ministries page or contact Pastor Jeremy Freye, Pastor Rhonda Bostrom or Amy Serflaten, Director of Youth Ministries.
